There was a knock at the door, and the dog launched herself from the stairs at the door, barking. Quickly locking her in the kitchen, I opened the door to the happiest postman in the West (Country).
“Good morning Miss Constantine! How are you today? I didn’t think you would be in, but then I thought you probably wouldn’t go out in the snow!”

He gave me a little package, and I ran upstairs to tear it open. Out fell a letter, a business card and a little box, tied with string.
How cute is that?
There was a letter from Miss V, who I had asked to choose something from her relaunched Etsy store for me that didn’t involve tea in some way, and inside the box were two necklaces and a pair of earrings. I’m dead special. (No, really. She said that. Well, sort of.)
First out was this initial necklace, also known as “You Give Love A Bad Name” because there are not very many quotes to do with names that are not rubbish.. Sarah sent this one in case I forget that my name is not Ayley.
Next up, You Hold The Seven Keys To My Soul – its a song lyric don’tcha know
Finally, the matching earrings, called Maybe Some Tiny Shiny Key Will Wash Up On The Shore which are so dainty!
I love all of these pieces. I’m not just saying this because Sarah is my friend (and has kept me entertained at my dull dull dull temping job) – the necklaces are a perfect length to sit nicely (not too long, not too short), the items are nicely made and if you wanted specific charms on the necklace, you just have to ask (the initial necklace’s charms I have are different to the ones shown – just send her a message and she can tell you more!)
