I saw these a few months ago on the American Banana Republic store and lost hope that it would appear in the UK, but thankfully, the Mad Men inspired collection appeared on the EU website (significantly cut down from the pieces in the American collection sadly)

Theres also a mens collection* available, but somehow, I don’t see A dressing up like Don Draper for work!
I love this collection, especially the blue dress at the top. It makes great workwear; it’s tailored, and polished but oozes style at the same time. I think more people should think outside the box when it comes to workwear, it really doesn’t have to be boring black suiting.
