Top: Taillissime at OneStopPlus | Leggings: Joe Browns*
It is WAY too warm to be thinking about wooly leggings and cosy jumpers, but thats just what this is. OneStopPlus were kind enough to send me an item from the Taillissime range they have. Taillissime is by La Redoute, a brand I’ve avoided in the past because I’ve assumed they didn’t do sizes over 12/14. It was difficult to choose just one item from OneStopPlus – they have collected lots of different brands together, and go from size 14 up to size 36, so most people will be able to find something. They also do mens wear up to a size 9XL (!)
The top is in a size bigger than I’d usually wear, I didn’t really realise how much material was in the top, its huge and so cosy. I can’t wait to wear this in the colder weather (seriously “Indian Summer” go away, I don’t like the normal summer, but this is ridiculous)
I chose the leggings with the gift card that Joe Browns provided when I visited their HQ a few weeks ago. They’re a cable knitted legging, and go so well with this gorgeous top.
On Friday, Macmillan had their “Worlds Biggest Coffee Morning” event. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to organise one, either at work or via the blog (yeah, I was a bit confused on how that would work, but I liked the idea of lots of bloggers having a tea party on their blog and linking to how to donate) but since Macmillan helped my mum so much when she was ill, I set up a JustGiving page and also a text thing – if you text SMCP54 £1 to 70070, it will donate £1 to Macmillan (changing the amount after the £ sign will change the donation amount). See, couldn’t be easier. So theres no excuse ;)
