It’s been a busy weekend – I was almost glad it was Monday! (although it was the most Mondayish Monday ever). I thought I’d post a quick and lazy post from my iPhone iPad (I have no idea why the WordPress iOS app doesn’t like my iPhone but works happily with the iPad. Weird.) with a good old fashioned mirror selfie to show my outfit. Why have mirror outfit posts become less cool to do? They’re so easy to do and when the loos look this good, you don’t need to do much.
On Saturday, I had my second skiing lesson which I’m going to post more about later on, and on Sunday, I headed downtown into Bellevue to the third Style Summit event at the W Bellevue. Many of my UK friends have asked how I have found the blogging scene here, since it was a large part of my life back home and I am thankful that I have been able to find a lovely community here!
The Style Summit was really interesting – I haven’t been to a conference since Blognix and this was a little more fashion focused. I especially liked the smaller breakout groups which meant you were put with people you probably didn’t know and the keynote by Andrew Hoge was hilarious! I can’t wait to go to even more meetups and events like this and perhaps even organise my own (who knew I’d miss that about #blogclub!)
