A few weekends ago, I jumped in my car and did my longest solo drive up to Blaine, WA to join other members of @creatorscollectiveseattle for a weekend retreat at the gorgeous @semiahmooretreat. I have to admit, I was a little nervous (you’ll probably recognise this now as an ongoing theme with me going to these sort of events!) but I had a lot of fun! Blaine is where the border crossing into Canada is so this would be the perfect location if you were driving north and wanted to stop somewhere. We actually stayed just down the road last April when we headed up to Vancouver and Whistler (swipe to see the view from the hotel we stayed at then of the Peace Arch, which is on the border)Connecting with and learning from these girls was a great way to spend the weekend, and the light and airy property was the perfect place to stay with a larger group, especially if you were going to head on further into Canada. Thank you for hosting such a fun time @creatorscollectiveseattle and @semiahmooretreat, lets do it again soon!
