Day off win: went to the gym, came home, long shower, dried my hair properly and now I have a brew.

I was wearing a black dress today. Then Jill happened and now it is grey.

Actual new bike, it’s a Cannondale Synapse if that means anything to you For turbo training then road biking – I want to be able to cycle to Bath and back next year!
